From Scratch

I haven't attempted my own fabric flowers...until now. I had to sew one since I couldn't find a flower this color. I really love it. It's "flappy" and has a very boutique feel to it. I like how some of my biggest creative moments are out of necessity. I can tell I've come a long way because now I just think, "There's got to be a way to make this!" I hope you like the hat Kari...it's on it's way.

Hi Susie,

I sent you an email, I am not sure that you recieved it - anyway, I hope that you are enjoying the summer!!!!!

If it is okay, I would to order two hats. My sister had a baby boy on the 26th of June, he was 8 lbs 12 oz. I am not sure how your sizes work, but I would like him to wear it this fall/winter - I like the new baby boy hat on your blog (june 6). As far as my daughter goes, her head is HUGE, almost off of the charts!!!! Anyway, she will be 2 in October so again I am not sure about the size. I do love all of your hats for the girls - especially the ones with the big flowers on it, she has big blue eyes and looks great in bright colors (I am a little bias). We are having out family pictures taken at the end of September and I will for sure have Marley in her hat and will send you a picture.

If you are willing to do this, just let me know how much the hats will be and I will send you a check ASAP or I can do paypal - whatever is easiest for you!

Thanks & have a great 4th!
